Oliver most recently led the marketing and branding for Waterstone Properties Group and their premier mixed-use development in Maine, Rock Row, where he also spearheaded several economic development initiatives to establish Maine as a destination for both talent and innovation. Prior to Waterstone, Oliver supported the launch of NB Development Group and the branding positioning of the transformative health and wellness district, Boston Landing.
At Ellis Realty Advisors, Oliver will drive the expansion of the capital markets division, bringing new opportunities for businesses and investors across southeastern Massachusetts.
