NORWELL – Ellis Realty Advisors, a leading provider of commercial real estate solutions in Southeastern MA, completed the recent sale of 110 Hancock Street in Braintree. David Ellis and Adam Bauer represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Bauer, of The Business Exchange, arranged the sale of Braintree Lumber Co. Inc. to Timberline Enterprises LLC. The acquisition of the 30-year-old company will expand Timberline’s footprint and give them a strategic position on the South Shore.
Provident Bank and Granite State Development arranged financing for the sale.
