Ellis Realty Advisors is pleased to announce that Domino’s Pizza has signed a 10 year commitment to lease 1540 square feet at 56 Main Street, Lakeville MA.
The newly constructed retail building located on Route 105, is also home to Dollar Tree, which opened their doors at the end of 2019.
The available space is co-represented by Tri Town Retail Advisors, and Ellis Realty Advisors. Eric Szczepkowski, Partner and Executive Vice President of Tri Town Retail Advisors, procured the tenant.
